1 1/4 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
1 Cup Unsweetened Original Almond Milk
2 Tbsp Organic Maple Syrup
2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 Cup Chia Seeds
(1) Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Whisk until well combined and there are no remaining chunks of Greek yogurt. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the chia seeds to absorb excess liquid. Serve cold with whatever garnishes you enjoy best. Enjoy this dish for a protein and fiber filled breakfast.
